Our Customer Service Representatives are always prepared to help you with any questions relating to ACN and its services.
In the case of a lost or stolen SIM card, you can call our Customer Services number outside of our opening hours to report this via our answering system.
If your SIM card is lost you can temporality bar and reactivate your account (in case you find your SIM card), or if stolen put your account on hold using Mitt ACN online until you contact our Customer Services department to permanently cancel your SIM card and request a new one. In this way you can ensure that your SIM card is not used fraudulently.
